Ros L’Esperance

Ros L’Esperance is a seasoned senior management executive currently serving as a Board Member at UBS BB. They held significant roles at Barclays Investment Bank, including Head of Global Corporate Finance and M&A, and served as Executive Vice Chairman and Group Managing Director at UBS from 2017 to 2019. Their experience also includes being a Board Member at Jarden Corporation and Newell Brands. L’Esperance began their career at Lehman Brothers, where they advanced to Associate-Managing Director, overseeing Global Corporate Finance and Global Financial Sponsors. They are currently pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and a BA at The University of Sheffield.
