Sandra Mani is an experimental business analyst and agile coach with a background in software development and project management. They worked at Zürcher Kantonalbank from 2009 to 2021 as a requirements engineer and business analyst, conducting workshops and translating user requirements into IT specifications. At UBS, from 2018 to 2021, Sandra served as a subject matter expert and agile coach, facilitating the development of agile teams and coaching business analysts. They began their career at Credit Suisse, where they were a software developer and overall project leader for an electronic archive system from 1986 to 2001. Sandra holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Process Management from Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich HWZ.
