Sandra Pellicier

Sandra Pellicier has extensive experience in project management and client servicing within the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Client Servicing for Global Custody Financial Institutions at UBS since June 2012. Previous roles at UBS include Service Manager for Global Wealth Management Operations and Project Manager for Digital Transformation, focusing on process improvement, automation, and operational risk reduction. Prior to UBS, Sandra worked at AXA Winterthur as a Black Belt, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. Additional experience includes a position at The Boston Consulting Group, where responsibilities included managing career development and training activities, and a teaching assistant role at the University of Zurich, supporting a Positive Psychology course. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Personality Psychology and Assessment from the University of Zurich, as well as a Black Belt certification from AXA Operational Excellence Group.
