Sandra Schmidt

Sandra Schmidt is currently the Global Head of Employee Relations at UBS. They previously held various senior HR roles at Credit Suisse, including Managing Director positions overseeing HR Risk and General Counsel functions. Prior to that, Sandra served as an HR Manager at AVITECH GmbH. They earned a degree in Verwaltungswissenschaften with a focus on Management and Labor Policy from the University of Konstanz.
