Santosh Palav has a diverse background in sales and marketing, management information systems (MIS), and change and release management across various industries. Beginning a career as a Sales and Marketing Executive for Premium Car Care Products, Santosh progressed to roles at Maersk Global Service Centres and Kotak Securities, where responsibilities included generating MIS reports and supporting export documentation. As a Change Manager and later, a Release Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, Santosh successfully led end-to-end implementation of change management processes and managed release schedules. Currently serving as an Authorized Officer at UBS, Santosh focuses on patch management and vulnerability remediation, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations. Educational qualifications include an ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate, a Post Graduate Diploma in Import-Export Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
