Scott Rodman

Scott Rodman is the Managing Director and Global Head of Structured Finance Origination at UBS, where they currently lead origination efforts in structured finance. Previously, they held significant roles at MUFG as Managing Director and Head of Structured Solutions Americas, and at Deutsche Bank Securities, where they served as Managing Director and Global Head of the Alternative Risk Markets Group. With further experience at Nomura and HSBC, they developed innovative financial products and strategies, strengthening client relationships and enhancing collaborative efforts across multiple markets. Rodman is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Maryland.
