Sean Hinds

Sean Hinds, Esq. is the Director of Employee Relations at UBS, where they conduct complex investigations related to workplace concerns and provide advice on performance management and disciplinary matters. Previously, Sean served as an AVP in Employee Relations at HSBC and held several legal positions, including Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorneys Office and Agency Attorney at the Administration for Children’s Services. Sean's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, a Master's Degree in Special Education from Touro College, and ongoing studies in Equal Employment Opportunity Investigations at Cornell University.
