Sheng Luo

Sheng Luo is currently the Associate Director of Compliance, Monitoring, Surveillance, and Control at UBS, a role they began in 2024. Prior to this, they held positions as AVP for Compliance Testing and Review at Mizuho and as an Internal Auditor at Credit Suisse, gaining valuable experience in compliance and audit within the financial services sector. Sheng previously worked at Bank of China Singapore as an Internal Audit Manager and accumulated two years of experience as an Audit Senior at EY Singapore, specializing in regulatory compliance. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (2nd Upper Honors) from the National University of Singapore and participated in an Overseas Student Exchange Program at the University of Connecticut. Sheng plans to pursue their ICAEW designation to further their career in internal audit or middle/senior management within financial institutions.
