Silvia Lay has a diverse background in human resources and project management, having worked at notable companies such as KPMG AG and Credit Suisse. From 2014 to 2019, Silvia served as a Senior Recruiting Partner in Finance & Operations at Credit Suisse, leveraging expertise in recruitment and business management. Currently, Silvia is an Integration Project Manager in People & Culture at UBS, where they focus on facilitating organizational integration. Silvia has also advanced their education with a degree in European Business Management from FH Worms, while holding a diploma in Human Resources Management from SIB Zürich.
