Silvia Pan is a professional internal auditor with extensive experience in strategic investments and mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of their career, Silvia has held key roles at prestigious firms such as UBS, where they currently serve as Director of Corporate M&A, leading teams through negotiations and due diligence processes. They also have a strong background in business analytics from Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and have previously worked as a consultant at PwC and an associate at Lehman Brothers and CIBC.
