Simon Lacroix is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service management within prominent financial institutions. At Barclays, Simon served as Global Service Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of top European corporate clients and launching Barclaycard in the European corporate market. From 2015 to 2022, Simon worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate Client Service Specialist, managing relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and leading a team within the EMEA CSS Advisory Council. Simon also co-founded First Class Cleaning Services, focusing on real estate and premium housekeeping services, and recently held the position of Head WM Client Service Team for Saudi Arabia at UBS, emphasizing operational efficiency and client relationship management.
