Simon O'Rourke

Simon O'Rourke has extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly at UBS, where they served as Associate Director in the Derivatives Middle Office and later as Group Treasury Transformation Product Owner and Director for the NCL Project. Prior to their roles at UBS, Simon worked at Saudi International Bank as a Data Analyst from 1993 to 1996, and held various positions in Fixed Income Operations at UBS from 2005 to 2011, where they led teams and improved processes across global markets. They have been recognized for their process improvement initiatives, earning a Six Sigma Green Belt.
