Simone Duckworth

Simone Duckworth began their career as a software developer in Paris before moving to London and New York. After taking a career break to raise their daughters, Simone founded a small business in Hong Kong and later held various roles in technology and product management. They returned to the corporate world through a return-to-work program and joined UBS, where they worked as a Business Manager in Wealth Management and APAC Technology Communications. Currently, Simone serves as the APAC Business Manager for Asset Management, focusing on agile transformation efforts.
