Sonja Hein

Sonja Hein, MBA, currently serves as the Operating Head and Head of Business Management at UBS University since August 2023. Previously, Sonja held the position of Vice President of People Development for Divisions & Functions at Credit Suisse from January 2021 to August 2023. A significant portion of Sonja's career was spent at Hult International Business School, where roles included Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Executive MBA and MBA Program, as well as various senior sales and marketing positions spanning from April 2009 to December 2020. Sonja's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Sales Director and Online Marketing Director at Cultural Care Au Pair and acting as Marketing Manager and Consultant at Amadeus FiRe. Sonja's educational background includes an MBA in General Management from Hult International Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Worms, and a Managerial Coaching Certification from Hult International Business School. Additionally, Sonja holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
