With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles within technology organizations at global financial institutions, Soretha is known for their expertise in strategy and transformation. Previous roles include SVP and Chief of Staff at Citi and Director positions at both Credit Suisse and UBS. They hold a B Comm degree in Economics, Business Economics, and Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University. Soretha is dedicated to fostering inclusive cultures and building high-performing engineering teams in agile environments.
