Stephen Koch

Stephen Koch is the Head of Americas Shared Services at UBS, where they have held various leadership roles including Business Manager for Corporate Real Estate & Administrative Services and Americas Head of Procurement & Vendor Management. Prior to their current position, they served as an Engineering and Intelligence Officer in the US Navy from 1990 to 2000, and worked as a Financial Analyst and Marketing & Sales Operations Manager at IBM from 2004 to 2006. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Military Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy.
