Steve Barclay

Steve Barclay is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR APAC and HR Business Partner for Group HR and Group Corporate Services at UBS since November 2012. Barclay has played a key role in evolving the integrated talent strategy and enhancing the learning agenda within the organization. In addition, Barclay has held various senior leadership positions, including Global Head of UBS University and Managing Director/Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibility extended to senior leadership development and strategic advice on talent and culture topics. Prior experience includes significant HR roles at Threadneedle Investments, Morgan Stanley, and Mitsubishi Corporation, complemented by academic credentials in Human Resources and Total Quality Management.
