Steve Wilson is a senior digital leader with over 20 years of experience in driving human-centered digital transformation within global financial services. Currently, they serve as Co-Head of Global Wealth Insights and Experience at UBS, leading a team focused on UX research, strategy, and service design. Previously, Steve held various roles including Director of Digital Transformation APAC and Associate Director of Change Management at Setclear PTE. Steve is a permanent resident of New Zealand and is passionate about leveraging customer experience to foster trust and digital adoption in a rapidly evolving landscape. They earned a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Stirling.
