Steven Genyk

Steven Genyk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in public finance, having served as Managing Director and Head of Public Finance at Texas Capital Securities since May 2024, and previously at UBS from May 2017 until October 2023. At UBS, Steven was instrumental in redefining the Public Finance strategy, managing a large team and overseeing high-profile transactions. Steven also held leadership roles in Institutional Middle Markets and Fixed Income Principal Trading, achieving significant revenue growth and developing innovative risk management systems. Prior to UBS, Steven led Fixed Income Capital Markets at Janney Montgomery Scott. Steven holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University.
