Subir Roy

Subir Roy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research, education, and human resources. At Singapore Management University from August 2012 to December 2015, Subir served as a Research Assistant in psychology, sociology, and public policy, and held positions as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Resident Senior, managing hostel affairs for international students. Subir gained extensive HR experience at UBS from March 2017 to April 2018, progressing through roles such as APAC HR Employee Advisor and Director, Team Lead for Singapore HR Advisory, while managing personnel file management projects and advising line managers on various HR issues. Subir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Public Policy and Public Management from Singapore Management University and an IB Diploma from Global Indian International School, Singapore.
