Tania Blumer

Tania Blumer is currently the Team Lead of Recruiting COO at UBS Switzerland, where they continue to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Previously, Tania held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at UBS from 2017 to 2024 and has diverse experience in recruitment and marketing across sectors, including positions at Page Personnel and Michael Page in the UAE and Swiss markets. Tania began their career with an internship in front office operations at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi and later transitioned to Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas as an Area Marketing & Communications Executive from 2012 to 2013. Tania earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Glion Institute of Higher Education between 2009 and 2012.
