Thiago Hardt

Thiago Hardt is a seasoned technology professional with a career that began in 1994 when they developed software for their family’s businesses. They became an Oracle Certified DBA in 2001 and founded FILAH Participações in 2007, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer, guiding the company's strategic vision and operations. Alongside their entrepreneurial endeavors, Thiago has built a strong career in database administration, currently working as a Senior DBA at UBS and previously holding positions at companies like HP and Banco PAN. They are also a member of the advisory board at ICCC BRASIL, where they leverage their skills to support the growth of organizations. Thiago holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
