Thomas Kolonko is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach currently working at UBS for the TWINT project. They have extensive experience in facilitating teams' transitions to agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and aim to foster positive changes in team culture. Previously, Thomas served as a Scrum Master at SBB CFF FFS and worked as a Software Engineer at both SBB CFF FFS and the University of Bern, where they contributed to the ILIAS e-learning platform. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and Machine Learning, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Bern.
