Tim Simpson is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user-centered design, innovation, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Design at UBS since January 2020, Tim plays a pivotal role in leading the design team and supporting the Investment Bank's digital initiatives. Previously, Tim held senior positions such as Director of Design Ops at Tim Simpson Consulting Ltd and Service Design Consultant roles at Lloyds Banking Group and other organizations. With a strong background in experience design, service design, and design strategy, Tim has contributed to numerous projects across diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, and education. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
