Tom Payne serves as the Managing Director in FICC at UBS, a position held since 2005. Prior to joining UBS, Tom worked at Goldman Sachs from 2002 to 2005 as an Associate and Intern in FICC. Tom earned an MEng degree in Engineering, Economics, and Management from the University of Oxford, graduating in 2002.
