Tom Schwache

Tom Schwache has over a decade of experience in various roles within the IT and business development sectors. They served as a Business Development Manager at TWINSOFT GmbH & Co. KG from 2011 to 2015 and worked as an IT Consultant at SwissConomy AG in 2015. Prior to that, Tom was involved in host programming, application management, and risk management at Santander Consumer Bank from 2000 to 2011. From 2016 to 2020, they excelled as an IT Security Specialist at UBS, ultimately taking on the roles of Lead Cyber Technical Testing and Director, Product Manager/Product Owner for Email Protection. Tom holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln and an MBA from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
