Tracy Nugent

Tracy Nugent is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in both generalist and specialist roles. Tracy has held several positions at UBS, including Director - Talent & Development Partner and Global Talent Analytics Lead, where a team of HR analysts was managed to provide key metrics in areas such as diversity and employee engagement. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Hutchison 3G and Business Process Analyst at Shell International, where Tracy contributed to HR systems support and developed management information reports. Tracy holds a BA in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University, as well as a DEC in Liberal Arts from Dawson College.
