Tushar Borole is a seasoned architect and technical leader with extensive experience in software development and system design. Currently serving as Director - Architect at UBS, Tushar leads architectural initiatives within the Finance Gateway, following a role as AVP-Software Engineering at U.S. Bank, where they focused on digital marketing solutions. Previous positions include technical lead roles at Ellie Mae and Lithium Technologies, where Tushar specialized in microservices and cloud technologies, particularly within the financial and telecom domains. Tushar holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune, where they graduated with first class distinction.
