Uday Kokitkar

Uday Kokitkar is an experienced finance and assurance professional specializing in SOX 404. They began their career as an Article Assistant at Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. from 2011 to 2014, before progressing to Deputy Manager at Axis Bank from 2015 to 2018. Uday worked at UBS from 2018 to 2021, where they held various roles including Associate Director and SOX CFOA Authorized Officer. Currently, Uday serves as an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, where they continue to leverage their expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks. Uday holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
