Uma Dhekne

Uma Dhekne is an Investment Banking Associate at UBS, having previously worked as an Investment Banking Fall Analyst at Independence Point Advisors and a Securities Services Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Uma studied Finance, Business Analytics, and Information Technology at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where they were also a Scarlet Ambassador. Uma's career interests center on financial risk management and credit risk analysis, underscored by a Junior Summer Internship at S&P Global Inc., where they gained insights into credit rating methodologies. Additionally, Uma is passionate about community service as the Community Service Chair of FBLA-PBL and enjoys hiking and acrylic painting, aspiring to visit every American National Park.
