Uma Kapoor is an accomplished Executive Director and Group Risk Reporting Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. They specialize in delivering scalable IT solutions on cloud platforms using agile methodology and automated testing. Uma has a strong track record in managing global regulatory initiatives, including Dodd Frank, EMIR, and MIFID II. Prior to their current role at UBS, Uma served as a Senior Project Manager and Program Manager at RBS Global Banking & Markets, where they successfully implemented a range of regulatory reforms and enhanced business processes across multiple regions.
