Van Tien is a versatile ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, and Change within top-tier financial organizations. Currently serving as the Innovation & Change Finance Director at UBS, they lead global teams in finance transformation and stakeholder management. Van’s previous roles include Director positions at UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse, where they focused on financial controls, governance, and technical accounting. With a passion for developing talent and improving finance processes, Van is committed to driving innovation and high-impact outcomes in the finance sector. They are also pursuing degrees in Economics and Psychology at UCL and Royal Holloway, University of London.
