Viola Steinhoff Werner

Viola Steinhoff Werner is a Managing Director at UBS and the Founder of both the Young Investors Organization (YIO) and the Family Institute. With extensive experience in the banking industry since 2005, Viola established the first global department for Next Generation and Families at Credit Suisse, which became part of UBS in 2023. Viola has been the General Manager of YIO since 2007, fostering a network of influential families worldwide, and co-founded the Family Institute in 2020 to enhance intergenerational collaboration. Viola holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the European Business School and has participated in MBA programs in both Guadalajara and Chicago. Currently based in Zurich, Viola lives with their son.
