Vlad Ionescu, CFA, is currently a Director and Portfolio Manager in Real Estate at UBS Unified Global Alternatives. They have been with UBS since 2017, previously serving as an Associate Director where they helped manage over USD 26 billion in equity for a global clientele. Prior to UBS, Vlad worked in real estate consulting at CBRE and provided valuation and advisory services at PwC from 2014 to 2017. They began their career with a finance internship at Abbott in 2011, focusing on budgeting and product growth modeling. Vlad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Economics and Finance & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
