Wella Tandingan has extensive experience in regulatory policy and risk management within the financial services sector. Tandingan began a career at EY, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, where responsibilities included regulatory reporting reviews, risk advisory services, and leading annual regulatory audits for global institutions. Tandingan then served as a Manager supporting a multinational bank with regulatory policies related to credit and market risks. After moving to Credit Suisse as Vice President, Tandingan focused on capital regulatory policy from February 2022 to September 2023.
