Yi-En Tan has extensive experience in the finance and operations sectors, primarily with UBS since August 2010, where roles have included Head of Trade Settlement & Securities Functional Management for WM COO APAC Ops Hub, as well as leadership positions in FXMM Operations and Global Collateral & Margin Management. Prior to UBS, Yi-En Tan worked at OCBC Bank from August 2007 to August 2010 as an OTC and Repo Collateral Manager. Yi-En Tan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the National University of Singapore, obtained in 2007.
