Wendy Johnson

Wendy Johnson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record in HR support and system administration. Since May 2014, Wendy has served as a Human Resources Advisor at UBT, focusing on enhancing team efficiency and providing comprehensive HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior roles include Global HR Systems Specialist and Global HCM System Administrator, where Wendy contributed to the implementation of a global HCM system (Dayforce) and provided technical support across HR platforms. Previous experience includes management roles at Norwood Farm Machinery Centre and Westland Farmers, with responsibilities spanning customer service, financial management, and administration. Wendy completed a HR Foundations Course through the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand in 2016.
