Wayne Henning

Wayne Henning is a seasoned building and real estate professional focusing on fulfilling client needs for quality, affordable, and energy-efficient housing. They are the owner of UBuildIt Lexington and Construction Management Associates, LLC. Earlier in their career, they owned Henning and Henning Construction Company, Inc (1974–1988) and served as Corporate Sales and Regional Business Manager for MacLellan Integrated Services (1993–2001). They also directed facilities management for the Commonwealth of Kentucky (1988–1992) and worked as a management consultant at Meta Associates (1992–1993). They earned a Bachelor's degree in Pre-law from the University of Kentucky (1973–1977).
