Abhay Aneja

Abhay Aneja has a diverse professional background in law and academia. Abhay served as a Legal Fellow at the Center for American Progress from May 2013 to August 2013, and as a Law Clerk at the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. during June 2012 to August 2012. Currently, Abhay is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where duties commenced in Fall 2020 following a postdoctoral position beginning in 2019. Abhay holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford University, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics and Political Science from Wake Forest University (2002-2006).
