Andrea Bailey is an experienced professional in scientific program management and data analysis. Currently serving as a Scientific Program Manager at the University of California, Berkeley since September 2025, Andrea previously held multiple roles at the U.S. Department of Energy from March 2020 to September 2025, including Program Manager for Data Modeling and Analysis and Technology Manager.
