Anni Sinijärv

Anni Sinijärv currently serves as Program Director at the University of California, Berkeley, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive entrepreneurship program for students. Concurrently, Anni is a Development Lead and Project Lead at the University of Tartu, as well as the Head of the Business Idea Validation Program at Elevator Startups, aimed at aiding nascent teams. Anni also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at UniTartu Ventures, focused on transitioning research to market through mentorship and strategic guidance. Previously, Anni co-founded and was Chief Operational Officer at EpiProdux, enhancing product-market fit and customer needs analysis. Anni's experience also includes serving as CEO and Co-Founder of the European Innovation Academy, fostering entrepreneurial skills globally. Anni's educational background includes a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Government from Tallinn University.
