Ben Bradbury, MBA, serves as the Innovation Sr. Manager at GALLO, overseeing R&D projects to enhance financial impact and commercialization success since July 2007. With extensive experience in lean methodologies, Ben has trained Black Belts across various departments, achieving substantial economic value savings and developing strategic business services. Previous roles include Sales Integration Manager, Finance Manager, and Sr. Finance Analyst, demonstrating a solid background in financial performance and analysis. In addition to corporate roles, Ben is active in academia as a Research Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley, and has lectured on Leadership Communications and Marketing Strategy. Ben holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
