Ben Handel is an accomplished academic and consultant with extensive experience in economics. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley since August 2010, Handel has also held the position of Assistant Professor of Economics at the same institution. Prior to this, Handel worked as a Consultant at Bates White, LLC from January 2007 to December 2007. Educationally, Handel earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management, completing the degree in January 2010.
