Bob Steiner

Bob Steiner serves as the Managing Partner at Luminance Learning LLC, where expertise in eLearning content for business acumen has led to global adoption by major Silicon Valley companies. With extensive experience as a Trainer/Instructor at UC Berkeley International Extension Programs and a previous Managing Partner at EMTC, Bob specializes in consulting, executive coaching, and learning programs focused on business acumen and strategic client management. Earlier roles include Americas Regional Director at TMC, President of Pacific Consulting Business Solutions, and Vice President at Silicon Beach Enterprises, complemented by managerial positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T Business Translations. Bob holds an MBA in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Hampshire College, along with a TOFL Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
