Che Abram

Che Abram is the Chief of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the University of California, Berkeley, where they cultivate restorative environments that promote healing from adversity. Previously, they served as the Associate Director of Diversity at Samuel Merritt University from 2014 to 2021, focusing on the strategic implementation and facilitation of race and equity initiatives in recruitment, retention, and training. Che Abram studied at Holy Names University, earning degrees from 1997 to 2004.
