Colin Gerker

Colin Gerker is a Senior Talent Strategy Partner with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management at the University of California, Berkeley, where responsibilities include executive advising, coaching program leadership, and the design of microlearning libraries. Previously, Colin held positions as a consultant in learning design and performance management and served as Assistant Director for University Center & Student Activities at American University, focusing on risk management and leadership development. Additional roles span various educational institutions, including advisory and consulting positions in student involvement and service learning. Colin holds a Master of Education in Human Services Administration and Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and Media Production from the University of Dayton.
