Cynthia Weekley

Cynthia Weekley possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Engineering Research Support Office (ERSO) at the University of California, Berkeley since December 2001. In this role, Cynthia has also held positions as Assistant Dean for Human Resources in the College of Engineering and Human Resources Director for ERSO. Prior to this, Cynthia was the Recruitment Manager at Peak IV Networks and the Area Recruiting Manager at Sprint. Earlier in the career, Cynthia worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at MCI. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Saint Mary's College of California and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University.
