Daniel Lobo

Daniel Lobo is a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, contributing to an NSF-funded project aimed at enhancing undergraduate data science education. Lobo has participated in the Computational Social Science Training Program, focusing on advanced data analytics in social and behavioral sciences. Prior experience includes data science internships in People Analytics at Airbnb and qualitative research on the impact of COVID-19 at UC Berkeley. Lobo served as Assistant Director at Harvard University's Office of Career Services, receiving the FAS Dean's Distinction Award. Early career roles include co-founding We Are Onyx and working as an Associate Consultant at Parthenon-EY. Lobo holds a Master's degree in Sociology and is pursuing a PhD in the same field at UC Berkeley, following a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard University.
