Daniel Rubinfeld is a Professor of Law at NYU Law School since September 1999 and has been a Professor Emeritus at UC Berkeley School of Law since July 1983, specializing in both law and economics. Rubinfeld earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1967 and 1972.
