Dustin Coder

Dustin Coder is a seasoned professional in athletic operations and ticketing, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting Operations & Offensive Analyst at the University of California, Berkeley since October 2016. In this role, Dustin assists incoming student-athletes with admissions processing, aids in official visit planning, and supports the offensive staff with player evaluation and recruitment. Prior to this position, Dustin held various roles in ticket operations, including Assistant Athletic Director at UC Berkeley, and Director of Tickets at Everett AquaSox, where responsibilities included managing ticketing departments, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing box office operations. Dustin initiated successful ticket sales campaigns and has a strong background in sales and customer relations, backed by a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of the Pacific.
